Due to the waterproof design of the EQUINOX series detectors, it is strongly recommended that you read all instructions before replacing the battery and note that replacing the battery yourself will void the warranty.
The warranty period for the EQUINOX internal lithium-ion battery is 6 months from the date of original purchase of the detector.
